1 star because the packaging was nice. The product clumps and is impossible to get off your lashes and I attempted with multiple soaps and makeup removers. My lashes were do stuck together it was like I'd slept on them. This morning, I have because I couldn't get this gummy mascara off last night. This should be sold with a makeup remover included. I've never experienced such a bizarre mascara in my 40 years of wearing makeup. I left a 1 star review and this morning I received an email thanking me for the 5 star review...and a coupon. I LEFT 1 STAR....NOT 5

Clumps lashes together. Impossible to get off to reapply. One set of lashes looked like I'd slept on them they were so clumped and squished together.

I don't mean to sound dramatic but this is by far the worst mascara I've ever used. Not only does it barely lengthen it INSTANTLY clumps and glues your lashes together. The only way I've made it semi usable is by wiping almost all the product off onto a tissue and then apply very very very slowly and carefully and even then there's barely any noticeable difference from being mascara free

Ever since the first application, the formula leaves crusty black flakes all along the length of my lashes. Clumps them together and weighs the ends down. Like an awing for my eyes. Somehow dry and clumpy at the same time? After months of attempting to make this work, I had to throw the mascara away. I wanted to support this brand so badly but for the sake of clean beauty seekers everywhere, I must be honest because we take a lot of time doing our research. Hopefully this will be helpful for the company to note as well. Innovative spoolie shape though!
