Shipping and Returns

 HOLIDAY: Please Note, we will be closed for Thanksgiving From the 24th-27th. All orders placed during these dates will be shipping out Monday the 28th.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE?
If you are not completely satisfied with your SIIA Cosmetics purchase, please reach out to us at hello@siiacosmetics.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.

When we receive the request we will provide you with a return shipping label. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once we receive the item you are returning your card will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

 

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
SIIA currently ships to the 50 states. Longer deliver times may be experienced when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We are working to expand everywhere around the world.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Standard shipping: $6.50. Takes 1-3 business days after order has processed.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is ready to be shipped a shipment confirmation email will be sent out. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number.
